The most interesting stuff happens in the chorus where the bass first enters, as it plays some sustained notes of varying lengths as well as a few notes that walk up/down the scale rather than strictly just playing root notes the whole time. Once the heavier parts kick in, the bass plays root notes the whole time, and notably sticks to playing everything on the low E string. For the two instances where the 6th fret note on the D string is slid into, you'll actually want to slide up from the 4th fret to the 6th fret quickly - I didn't want to mess with the spacing of the whole tab just for that one slide, so I left the 4th fret note out of the notation. Also, the bass is just a clean DI tone when it first enters, but a VERY distorted amp tone is blended in for the heavier parts (this actually has a lot to do with the impact of the guitar in the final mix, as it gives the illusion of another rhythm guitar part playing in a lower register).
