This tab has a "Bass 1" and "Bass 2" part, as the softer parts during the verses don't have overdrive on them, while the more low-end stuff during the chorus and guitar solo does. Pretty simple bass track though, Phoenix just sticks to root notes, although the verse part is a bit interesting in that he actually plays in the same register as the guitar track for the A, G, and D notes, but drops down to a lower octave for the C notes. Other than that, there isn't a lot of noteworthy stuff going on here, the bass track fades out a bit during the first pre-chorus but doesn't the second time around, so be sure to watch out for that. Also, as with my guitar tab for this song, the varying staff lengths are a result of this song switching between 6/4 and 4/4 time in a couple spots.
