The "Jeff Makes Observations" guitar loop makes another appearance here, this time in a much more brittle, dry-sounding version (the delay is gone, and the whole thing sounds a lot more trebly). It comes in about 2/3rds of the way through the track, and loops for a bit before the track abruptly shifts into a much louder section (the transition is made even more jarring by the last bar before it dropping a beat - the whole thing is in 4/4 except for one bar of 3/4 right before the transition). The order of the notes is changed around during this louder section, and more guitars come in. Guitars 2 and 3 play some big sustained 4-note powerchords, while Guitars 4 and 5 supply some random feedback samples (this is the same feedback heard in "Cops Arrive" and a couple other songs on the soundtrack).
