The main guitar on this track is Guitar 1, which doubles the synth lead that appears in a couple spots. Guitar 1 also plays a really oddly-prominent muted strum across all six strings both times it stops playing, even though the actual part it plays is all single-note stuff (I'm guessing it's just the sound of the strings being muted after the slide down the neck from the previous note "bottoms out," normally this sound would get edited out but Mike must have liked it here for whatever reason). Guitars 2 and 3 come in during the second half of the last chorus playing octaves, and end up doubling Guitar 1 when it comes back in for the outro (Guitars 2 and 3 serve two purposes in doing this, they reinforce the actual line that Guitar 1 plays since the top note of the octaves doubles that part, while also adding another layer an octave below with the lower notes).
