Following the leak of a large portion of Mike's old MPC sample library in mid-2019, I discovered that the "guitar" on this song is actually all sampled. This makes sense, as I always thought the tone was very single coil-like in a way that wasn't consistent with Brad's guitar tone from this era. As far as I can tell, it sounds like the samples are real guitar sounds, but it's all sourced from a "one-shot" sample that's been pitched up and down as needed to create the parts in this song. I've elected to just leave the tab alone as a reference point for anyone who wants to play along with the track, but just be aware that in the traditional sense, there's no guitar in this song. Not a whole lot to it, there are only 2 parts, with one very minor variation: During the 2nd verse, when Mike says "Technicolor type A," the music stops for 2 beats, meaning one note in the guitar part is left out. Watch out for that, and the rest of the song is a piece of cake.
