This song's interesting in the context of the Xero era, as it's the only song on the demo tape that the band never did anything with later. Rhinestone and Stick N Move became the basis for Forgotten and Runaway later, and Reading My Eyes was played live in 2006 and 2008 (as well as Mike occasionally using verses from it in live mashups over the years), but Fuse just fell off the map completely. Anyway, Guitar 1 plays all the main distorted stuff, Guitar 2 plays a few single notes with delay during the verses, and Guitar 3 is a bit of a head-scratcher. It plays the clean parts during the breakdown, and it's either some kind of piezo-equipped guitar (an acoustic/electric plugged in, or something like the piezo-equipped Ibanez Brad used on A Place for My Head later on), or a guitar run through an acoustic simulator pedal (the Boss AC-2 came out in February of 1997, so that's a possibility in terms of the timeframe). Hard to say for sure, but I notated it as being a piezo-equipped guitar. Anyway, pretty fun song with a couple cool riffs.
