Hey everyone! Bet some of you thought I'd never post again, huh? Well, here's the thing: I've been SLOWLY updating the Tabs section this entire time, it's just been such sporadic progress that I never felt it was worth posting a blog update. But I figured I'd post a rundown on the status of the various components of the website:

TABS: Studio tabs are getting pretty close to caught up. Kinda. "Caught up" in this context meaning all material released before approximately 2020, essentially everything that was on the old version of the website - I still have quite a bit of more recently-released stuff to transcribe! I've been doing a lot of quality-of-life updates to existing tabs regarding general ease of reading, but not a ton when it comes to changing the way stuff is actually played. Going forward, I'll be posting more frequent updates regarding what's changed. Also, check out the new Tab Reading Guide Google Doc that I've added to the Tabs drop-down menu, lots of helpful info in there, especially if you're just getting started with reading tab notation.

LP GUITAR PHOTOS: Yeah, I know, everything's still missing. Full disclosure, now that it's been a few years...I almost got sued by a major stock photo library over ONE 15-year-old photo on the old version of the website. With the advancement of automated image-detecting technology, the big stock photo organizations are constantly combing the depths of the Internet trying to siphon every penny they can from small, independent creators like me. As I'm sure some of my older followers remember, I've gotten into major disputes with Google/YouTube and come out victorious before, so I'm certainly not one who's going to let big businesses push me around. That said...I'm in my late 30s and I have a family. I just don't want to deal with it. So instead, I've been working diligently on figuring out exactly which photos I have are safe to use, and finding replacements when necessary. It's exhausting, man. But I'll get this all back online one way or another eventually.

MY GEAR: I've kept this updated to some degree, but it's not completely up-to-date or complete either. Every time I think my rig is mostly "done," I find a reason to make another tweak. Such is the life of a gear nerd, lol.

Lastly...YouTube. It's been waaaaaay too long since I posted anything (other than my A Place for My Head remix - check that out if you haven't already!). I have a lot of new ideas kicking around, and I think I've finally just about got my recording setup rebuilt to the extent that I can execute them in a way that meets my standards. There's a month-long gap in LP's touring schedule coming up just over a week...hmm. Stay tuned.
