The Guitars of Linkin Park

It's been a bit since I posted anything, so how about a couple new guitars?

First of all, a band of deplorable people who think I'm a troll and currently have me blocked on Twitter (lol) posted a photo of Chester from sometime in the late 90's playing Bobby Benish's white Les Paul backstage. This is now the earliest known photo of Chester with a guitar!

Second, there's a new red Strat that I spotted in Phoenix's home studio in the recent Mercedes AMG "Home Performance" video. It's a few years old, so he's probably had it for a while, but we hardly ever see his home studio so this is the first time it's been seen. That one's on the Misc. Guitars page, of course.

Also, this happened a while ago, but I forgot to mention it: All of my tab links both here and on my Youtube channel are done being updated to reflect them being hosted here instead of on LPLive like they had been in the past.

On a more serious note, I hit a massive mental wall when it came to my work output a couple months ago. I think COVID-19 depression finally got to me. It was like a light switch flipped from one day to the next, I had started working on a tab for Slow Ya Roll, got about halfway through the first verse and stopped for the night...and I haven't touched it since. It's been like 7 weeks since that happened and I still don't feel like I'm in the headspace to work on it some more. Same goes for recording new video content. I'm sure I'll either snap out of it one day and get back into things, or I'll just force myself to do some work when I don't want to, but right now I'm so down and tired all the time that I can barely stay awake for more than a couple hours at a time. I feel like I could sleep 20 hours a day if life would let me.

Ahh well, I'll get better. Hopefully soon.
